The plant showed up with droopy leaves and looked like it had a tough trip, which was disappointing. To be fair, it did survive and seems to be doing okay now, but I was hoping it would arrive in better shape

My order from Lively Root showed up in really good shape. The packaging was solid, the soil stayed in the pot, the leaves weren’t bent, and nothing was smashed. You can tell they put care into packing the plant. I did feel a little dismissed when I reached out with a quick question, which took away from the experience a bit, but as far as the plant arriving safely, I was very happy.

I had a quick question about my order, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The response was actually helpful too, not one of those generic copy-and-paste replies. It gave me the info I needed and made me feel good about ordering from them again

The plants I got were really nice overall. Nothing looked bad or anything, but the subscription timing got a bit confusing for me. One of the boxes showed up later than I expected, which threw me off a little. Support was helpful when I reached out, so I do appreciate that. I might pause the subscription for now and maybe come back to it later

The plant looked really close to the pictures, which was a nice relief. I was half expecting it to be a little different in person, but the description was accurate and it matched up well with what I thought I was getting.

I reached out to support and they replied quickly with some helpful care tips, plus they offered a small credit, which felt fair. I did have to send a few photos, so it wasn’t completely effortless, but I get why they’d need to check. Overall, they were kind about it and the issue felt taken care of. I’d order from them again.

The box showed up crushed, the plant looked really sad when I opened it. It kind of feels like it wasn’t handled with much care during shipping.

I ordered a plant from Lively Root for my sister’s birthday, and overall it was a good experience. The site was simple to use, and I liked that they had some nice gift options. When the plant arrived, it looked healthy and fresh, and she was really happy with it, so that part worked out great.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the delivery came a day later than expected, so it missed her actual birthday. It wasn’t a huge deal, just one of those things, but still a little disappointing. I’d probably order from them again though.

It took longer than I expected, and the tracking basically stopped updating for a few days, so I had no idea if the package was stuck or lost. I ended up reaching out because I felt like I needed someone to look into it. Everything turned out fine in the end, but I really wish the shipping had been faster and the updates were more reliable

I also got shipping updates without having to check in or wonder what was going on, which I appreciated. Everything felt smooth and low-stress. Based on my experience, I’d definitely order from them again...

My plant showed up in good shape, which I was totally calm and normal about, obviously. I really liked that the packaging wasn’t just a mountain of plastic, and the pot options plus care info felt more eco-minded than what I’ve seen from a lot of online plant shops. It’s a small thing, sure, but it does make me feel better about ordering from them.

I was able to find most of the plants I wanted, which was awesome!!! A couple of the sizes I needed were sold out, but the selection was still way better than a lot of other sites I looked at!!! Overall, happy with it!!!

The prices are okay, though they do feel a bit higher than I expected. I’ll give them credit for not being the most expensive option out there, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a great deal either.

I ordered a few plants from livelyroot and was impressed when I opened the box. They were noticeably bigger than I thought they’d be, and everything looked fresh and healthy right away. The leaves were intact, the stems were sturdy, and the soil was still neatly packed instead of spilled everywhere. One of the plants was especially full and bushy, even better than the photo on the site. You can tell they were packed with care. I’m really happy with the quality and would definitely order again.

I stopped in recently, I think it was last weekend, or maybe earlier in the week, my days are all mixed up, and they had a really good variety of plants. There was plenty to choose from, and I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for...

I’d say the whole process was smooth. After I placed my order, they kept me updated, and when I asked about the delivery, they got back to me. The timing wasn’t exactly perfect, but the communication was clear enough, so I can’t really complain.
